Return & Refund Policy

At Zohar HaOr Judaica, each piece is handmade with care. Because our items are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, air bubbles, and finish are normal and are part of the beauty of handmade concrete Judaica.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

unused
undamaged
in its original packaging
returned with all pieces included

To request a return, please contact us at info@zoharhaor.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

your order number
photos of the damaged item
photos of the packaging

We will do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or special request items cannot be returned or canceled once production has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
