Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and packed within 3 to 7 business days.

Because our items are handmade, some products may require additional time. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you.

We currently ship within Israel and to select international locations.

Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.

Any free shipping promotions will be shown on the website or at checkout when available.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, VAT, or other charges required by their country.

These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are not collected by Zohar HaOr Judaica unless clearly stated at checkout.

Fragile Items

Our concrete Judaica pieces are carefully wrapped and packed to help protect them during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and do our best to help with a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help you track it.
